3 Things Tuesday!

Posted on 27. Oct, 2009 by Brett in Etc

Hey guys, hope you’re having a great week so far. 3 quick updates here in the TRAPPSTR world:

1. I announced to the TRAPPSTR email subscriber list last week that I’ve been working on an ebook which will be available for download here at the blog sometime before the new year. I’ve been working on it for several months and am very excited about it. I’ll be telling you more later, but it’s specifically for working guys and girls in their 20’s. Stay tuned!

2. I also announced to my subscriber list that I’ve been working on another project with a friend. Lots of you are like me in that we have lots of hare-brained ideas. It’s not uncommon for one hour of big dreaming and red bulls to have me launching a new website, starting a business, or writing a book. But this new project is different. My buddy and I are working frantically to get it off the ground by November 6. Can’t say much more than that right now other than this project involves sports, a good cause, and…as the rapper’s call it “swagger.” Hehe.

Let me make this very clear, I AM GOING TO NEED YOUR HELP WITH THIS! I’ll let you know more. We’ve still got some obstacles to work through, but I’m confident that we’ll get it off the ground by the 6th. (By the way, if you’re a Wordpress wizard and would like to do some pro bono work and want to be a part of something big, let’s talk…we need your help. Email me ASAP.)

3. Made a great new friend this week by the name of Steve Kamb. Aside from being a Vanderbilt football fan (which garners a whole other level of respect :)) and having one of the sweetest day jobs ever, he is also the founder of NerdFitness.com. I want you guys to go check out his site! He’s a certified personal trainer and has been writing for almost a year about fitness for those of us who want to stay fit but aren’t exactly gymrats and jocks. He’s been building a nice little crowd of followers and I now count myself as one of them. Also, he has a free ebook on fitness that you can download here. NerdFitness.com…check it out!

That is all. Friends, I appreciate you more than you know. Drop me a line and tell me what’s up. Soak in some grace today.
